  1. I just can’t believe AMAZON is doing this to old time customers!!

    It SOLD me this item as NEW, new price, but the book has notes and writting all over, IT IS USED!! I just can’t believe it!! Keep an eye open people, AMAZON used to be very Trustful, apparently they are Squeezing tricks on us to keep earnings.

    They offered to exchange the item, but the damage is done!!

  2. Although the way that Dr. Berardi explains his program takes almost anyone by the hand to achieve excellent benefits, at the time he suggests recipes for any meals, he just considers American culture, leaving out any other out.

    Even when at his web page, there are members from all over the world using his program, that by the way, really works.

  4. Clunky style, ego-ridden reading. You get much of the same done better in the Absdiet series (same publisher, I believe). Over-priced, over-hyped, and just a PITA to read. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a bad place to start. But so many have done it as well, and certainly better, it’s hard to give this more than an average rating.

  5. The Metabolism Advantage is a great reminder of what WE ALL should be doing to maximize our nutritional intakes. However, not only nutrition is covered. Excellent workout routines are provided that will challenge exercisers at every level.

    When you combine the amount of research Dr. Berardi compiled for this book, along with the tremendous amount of “real life” experience he has, you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend this book for any consumer or professional interested in learning more about how to optimize metabolism in the human body.
