I&#039;ve done a fair amount of research on the subject and found that grains(pasta,rice), legumes, meat, dairy, and nightshades(potatoes) contain a lot of lectins(for a quick rundown on lectins visit krispin.com/lectin.html). not all varieties of lectins are particularly harmful to everyone, but &quot;loading? up&quot; could have some hazardous effects. Fruit is the ONLY option!</description>

Some fruits actually made me hungry more than anything, particularly apples and bananas. I would also wake up hungry. So I&#039;m not sure you&#039;re right about this. I never ate chocolate except at Christmas. I also cycle to work 8km there and 8km back every day.
Now I wake up at 8, eat 2 boiled eggs about 1pm. Then I? eat a big salad with some protein and fat at about 6pm</description>
