For more info, contact Staff Sergeant Brito at 562.900.0575 or visit www.iguardcalifornia.com **The Evaluation** The primary job of MEPS is to determine whether or not you are qualified to serve in the United States Armed Forces, and &#8212; if so, what jobs you may qualify for. The first step in that process, of course, is obviously the ASVAB which determines what jobs you qualify for. MEPS personnel also determine whether you are medically qualified to serve. Additionally, representatives of the service branch you&#8217;re joining will be at MEPS to determine your job and security qualifications. While these individuals &#8220;work&#8221; at the MEPS location, they are not actually part of MEPS. They are actually assigned to the indivdual service recruiting activities. So, while the person giving you your ASVAB Test and medical physical are assigned to MEPS, and work jointly for all the services, the people doing your enlistment contracts, job selections, and security qualifications are not assigned to MEPS, and are representing only their individual services. At most MEPS locations, one of the very first things you&#8217;ll do when you arrive in the morning is take a breathalizer test to ensure that you are not currently under the influence of alcohol <b>&#8230;</b></p>

If done on regular basis push ups is also a great exercise to burn fat and can help you get a lean symmetrical body that you always wanted. Push ups is so effective purely because with just one rep you workout your complete body. When you are performing a push up you are using all the muscles of your upper body like shoulder, chest, back, bicep and triceps also not to forget muscles like your abs ,obliques,lower back and legs which help in stabilizing the body while doing a push up. Overall push up is a great exercise for body sculpting and should be incorporated in every exercise plan. In this workout plan your target is to complete 200 push ups by using different forms of push ups. You need to complete 200 push ups in 4 sets of 50 reps which will help you build strength, increase endurance and burn lots of calories. I filmed this video several days before competing in the World Fitness Model Finals, which I won in 2009. This is my carb depletion workout that I perform 6 days out from the show to deplete my muscles of glycogen before starting my carb load to fill out my muscles while dropping water and tightening my skin over the fullness of the muscles.
