I know it varies by person, but I was curious on average what body fat percentage do your abs become completely visible? Without having to flex them? Thanks in advance.

It doesnt really vary from body to body but rather from male to female. See a man has to get to about 6 to 8 percent before abs are visible without flexing. But because women carry more fat than men they have to get to 4 to 6 percent. Hope this helps. there is a great abs review at http://www.thefatfighter.com. Good luck
