How can i calculate my percentage of body fat?
Im 15, male, 6 ft tall and weight 72 kg’s. I read somewhere that in order to start training for abdominal muscles you should get down to 10% or less body fat. How can i calculate this and see where im at?

Many gyms should be able to do it for a nominal fee. Some doctors might be able to do it for you.
you can’t. all you can do is get your BMI from that info but that’s not the same thing nor is it as efficient. like the other guy said, they usually have electro analyzer thingies at gyms or even a caliper.
of course the only real accurate way is through a buoyancy test or whatever but those are expensive.
btw what the hell are you reading? there’s no certain percentage you need just to work your abs… unless you meant in order to be able to see them through your skin…

You seem to be very muscular for a 6ft tall guy, of 72 kgs.
Its a BMI rating, and a doctor or gym trainer should be able to help you there.
So start at the gym and see what advice and exercise they can suggest for your requirements. You seem to be well on your way I would have thought already.
