How can I get my body fat extremely low?
Okay so.. I’m
16-Yrs Old
171-Lbs
6’1
and I have around 6% body fat.
I was hoping to try and get around 2% with intense training..
I eat pretty healthy and workout regularly.
So my question is, is it healthy, to have such low body fat.
And if so, how should I do this,
I want to get bigger, as in working out and also get extremely toned.
So I dont want to lose my muscle mass at all.
Any tips/advice.. Much appreciated. Thanks!

No dude. Only pros in competition maintain that level of body fat. It’s horribly unhealthy to have a content that low. Although excess body fat is bad, body fat is necessary for many daily functions such as joint lubrication. Not to mention you would be walking around completely lethargic with that level of fat. You would have no energy for training. 6% body fat is outstanding. If you maintain that percentage and slowly work toward muscle building, with plenty of protein and healthy fats you looked completely ripped in no time. I went from 135 to 185 with no increase in body fat.
Anything below 6% starts to get a bit unhealthy considering what you must be doing to get there. I recomend a low carb diet with high protien to keep lean muscle. I also suggest having 1 day of the week where you have 100+ grams of carbs and the day after 200+ grams. This will confuse your body so that the sudden change will just help you even more.
Have round 3 days a week of high intensity cardio.
do more cardio, only eat healthy food, drink 24+cups water a day.
