I’m just curious how you can measure your body fat percentage at home, without going to a doctor or something like that.
Anyone know?

Without at least some kind of equipment, you can’t. There are several formulae that use height, weight and several girth measurements (plenty online), but they tend to be very inaccurate. For a truly accurate value you need to have a personal trainer or other health professional do a skin fold test.

The only way you can really test yourself is with a body composition scale. It measures the resistance your body provides to a small electrical current, and calculates your BF% from there. Looks pretty similar to a regular scale, but fairly expensive to get a decent quality one.

Here is a link to the formula used to calculate or you can just use the body fat chart http://weight-loss-diet-fitness-tips.com/body-fat-chart-BMI-Chart.html
