    i dont know, but i have 6% body fat and you can’t see my 6 pack even though i work out daily

    Its genetic. Some people will never really see it, no matter how fit they get.

    3%BF is usually what most contest ready bodybuilders try to achieve at a show. My personal trainer is a figure competitor and she usually comes in at 3% during a show. The last 24hrs before a show she depletes her body of any excess water by cardiovascular training for 45min to 1hour before she goes to bed.

    Look at my pic. My body-fat is about 6% here. You can exercise all you want, and you won’t have a six pack, unless you eat right.

    I use Ideal Meal, as my meal replacement and Lipodrene with Hoodia to increase my metabolism and suppress my appetite.
