How manys lbs of fat per 1 body fat percentage?

I’m 28% body fat how many pound of my body is fat if i weigh 173 pounds is there a way i can work it out please help?

    About 48 pounds of fat. Just multiply your weight times the percentage. 173 * 28% = 48.44.

    You just take the 173 pounds times the 28%, so you have 48 pounds of fat.

    The typical body fat percent for men is 15% – 17% and for women it is 18% – 22%. The body fat percent is typically lower for athletes.

    Different methods of determining body fat are more accurate. The skin fold test is the most accurate but other methods will be a close approximation.
