How Should I Go About Losing Body Fat?
I’m currently a 15 year old girl with a slightly athletic body type (naturally toned). I personally think I’m of the average body type and weight (128lbs, at 5″3), but my body fat percentage is in the 30s which i think isn’t healthy. Please give me some advice or diet plans to help me lose some body fat.

Strip That Fat is a new weight loss program which is creating quite a buzz these days. The reasons for this are two fold:
1. The creators of this diet launched a fearsome attack on other diets and claimed that most of them provide just a short burst of weight loss but fail to follow up on that for any length of time. This is why, they claim, so many people fail with their diets.
2. The diet generator – This technological advanced tool spells the wave of the future for weight loss plans: more personal pinpointed treatment of the user and not some vague encompassing guidelines which everyone need to adhere to.
As this is a digital program which you download to your computer and it comes with a money back guarantee, you can claim a full refund for it the moment you’re less than satisfied. No one in their right minds would create such a product if they believed their customers will not be happy with their results.
One of the things which make this program work is the diet generating software. This is a software which allows you to create around 40,000 different menus combination which allows you 2 things:
1. Include a lot of food items that you like.
2. Never get bored with your menu since you can change it over and over again as much as you like.
Naturally, as with any diet, you can’t expect a 100% success ratio. However, the diet appears to be sound, and as it’s a risk free purchase, it’s worth a try if you’re looking to lose some weight fast.http://strip-that-fat-review.com/underst…
25% to 30% is almost perfect… Keep in mind that you are starting puberty… Any dieting you do right now will simply reduce your breast size later on… My advice would be to eat healthy, learn to job, but do not diet right now…
In short… Give your body to build those beautiful womanly curves. Once this process finishes (about 19), then you can start to diet…
Losing body fat is really not as difficult as it may seem. It all comes down to making changes in your lifestyle. You have developed habits that work against your fight to lose weight and until you make changes you will not see those pounds drop off.
With the following five top tips you will lose body fat like never before. You may also find that making these changes is easier than you think because they are small changes that you can easily adjust to. It may take some determination on your part, but you can do it.
Tip 1
Do high intensity aerobic activity. Your aerobic exercise should take you to your target heart rate and then bring you back down and then return to that target rate. Doing it like this will help you burn fat away. Your aerobic activity should be intense. You should really push your body and make it work.
Tip 2
Avoid foods that are not good for you. You probably know when you eat something if it is a healthy choice or not. Simply avoid those things that are not good for you. Skip on the salt, carbs, sugar and fat. You do not need it and it does nothing for your body but slows it down and adds fat.
Tip 3
Make sure you eat a lot of protein. Protein helps your body build muscle. Make sure it is lean protein. Avoid dairy based protein and fatty meats. Try lean cuts and protein in the form of chicken and fish. Make sure you are getting a little protein at every meal.
Tip 4
Add weights to your exercise. Using weights makes your body burn more calories. Weights also build muscle. Muscle burns calories even when you are not exercising. Adding some hand weights to your aerobic exercise is simple and it will have a big impact.
Tip 5
Keep motivated. You can not get anywhere if you do not stick with it. You have to work out five to six days a week and never let up on your diet. If you miss a day of exercise or eat something you should not then just let it go and get right back into your routine as soon as possible. One mistake is not the end of the world but if you let it get you down then you will begin losing the progress you have made.
You should just watch what you eat and workout at least 3 times a week and you’re all good.
