I am 20 years 5 ’11 weigh 205 pounds my muscle mass is 37 percent and my body fat is 23% what body fat percentage should i aim for someone my height and age?

    From the following article, something like 15% should be OK:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Body_fat_pe…
    But, be careful how you calculate the %, for instance, impedance scales are really not much reliable. They can give you a very rough idea of your %.

    Age Up to 30 30-50 50+
    Females 14-21% 15-23% 16-25%
    Males 9-15% 11-17% 12-19%

    Well you can only see abs when your body fat is lower than 10%. I would lower your body fat though, aim for around a healthy 15.
