What Causes One To Gain Body Fat Percentage Without Gaining Weight?

I am a 21 year old male, 5′ 9″ and 130 lbs. My body fat percentage has gone from around 6-7% (like that for years) to nearly 11% in about 60 days. I haven’t gained a pound, but I notice a soft layer of fat starting to form in my stomach area. Should I be concerned? What could have caused an increase in my body fat percentage without making me gain weight?
