		<description>generally they are losing water weight to make a different weight class and it is only for the weigh in.  Usually rapid weight loss like that is almost all water weight and empty digestive tracts.  It would be minimal amounts of fat or muscle.</description>

		<description>I believe boxers often dehydrate to loose weight before a match (not that I&#039;d recommend it).  So in that case they are losing water mostly.  But loosing muscle is certainly a possibility.</description>
