you need to consume less calories in your day then you burn. Figure that you need to work out 3 – 4 days a week to start to see some good effects.
The key to losing weight is that you need to elevate your heart-rate for more than 20 minutes and you need lots of heavy breathing. This burns the fastest.
Start with this, run 3 miles and see how long it takes you to finish each mile. Now reduce each mile by 30 seconds and do that.
If you can’t run 3 miles straight then work on that. You’ll know when you’re starting to have things become effective when you’re endurance rises.
Also, make sure you lift weights. This can help drop poundage also. Shoot for 30-60 minutes of good weight lifting for optimal results. 8-10 reps for bulk, 12-15 for lean.

try to have a strict diet with fiber and grains with natural fruit juices and complex carbohydrates exercise everyday for an hour and maybe try yoga it may make you lose weight and be confident hoped i helped
also eat small portions every other hours to keep you from getting hungry , hungry means more eating and no fats fast food or try less fried foods

lift some weights, more muscle means more fat burned per day.
