How do people know their amount of body fat?
Like I see people saying “I have 10% body fat and I would like to get down to 7%”. How do they measure it?

What is the maximum amount of body fat that can be safely removed via surgery?
After reading about the man who had to be removed from his 2nd story home by forklift in order to receive medical attention, I got to wondering why – since he’s going to the hospital anyway – they couldn’t remove a lot of that excess weight surgically. I recall reading that it couldn’t be done, but can’t really understand or remember why it couldn’t. What are the complications of such an attempted surgical weight-loss when it comes to such unusually large amounts of body fat?

What is the least amount of body fat one can have?
I mean, what is the least amount that they can still be healthy and energetic. I am on a journey to eat PURELY healthy (like no no fat at all) foods. I am also about to being hardcore training. What percentage of body fat is the healthiest/leanest i can be at? 6% 5% 7%?

ok thanks for giving me diet tips however, i dont need them. i just need some advice on what body fat calipers are worth the money. A BF caliper is an instrument used to measure the percentage of body fat one has. Thank you for your help!
