I’m not overweight at all and I’m kinda muscular but I still have body fat covering my muscles so there isn’t much tone.I do weightlifiting and just started doing cardio on a treadclimber everyday.I just need tips to whether to do cardio before or after weights, for how long and on what body parts does the body fat first and last go away. Also, is it true that doing too much cardio will make the body use muscle for energy and start storing more fat?
