How can I lose 38 pounds of body fat without building muscles?
I am not over weight 122 pounds on 5’1 of height is good and healthy but i have an extra 11 pounds of fat in my body and my total weight without fat is 83 pounds so i want to lose 38 pounds of body fat i realize its not healthy but i need to reach that goal and i dont want to left weights or do things to built muscles coz muscles is heavier than fat i need to see on the scale 83 pounds. how and how long does it take? is 3 to 4 mnths good to achive that goal?

Is it possible to lose body fat while building strength on bench press?
I will be doing 4 high intensity cardio sessions per week from now on to lose body fat, but I want to stick to my bench press goal being able to do at least one rep on 285lbs, right now I can only do 200lbs. Is it possible? I don’t want to bulk up, I want to get a lean shape.

how low should my body fat % be before i start a building muscle stage?
I’m 23 male 5’8 I was on a losing weight program for 8 months and went from 198 to 151 from 25% body fat to 6% body fat. I am wondering when i should start building muscle without gaining too much fat and at what body fat % should i stop. please no links and only people who know what there talking about.

If you really want to lose weight, here is what you have to do:? ADOPT AN ACTION-ORIENTED LIFESTYLE. This concept is crucial, yet it is also very easy for you to miss its value and, in turn, the dramatic impact it has throughout your life.

Right now, you may be thinking, “But, I am already active.’” If that is true, then here you need to know that we are talking about your activity from an exercise science or weight management point of view. That is, possessing your own very highly tuned awareness of calorie balance, energy-out, and your personal threshold activation numbers. Yes, every human being has a number. For most, it’s around 119 heart beats per minute. For some, it can be lower, and for others, much higher.? Nonetheless, you have to know these things in order to make positive changes occur in your shape, outlook, performance, and appearance.

On an expert level, your rules change for you, in regards to the above. And, this is due to a concept called “specificity.” See the word “specific” hiding in there? For example, suppose you go to the gym three or four times per week, but your weight stays virtually the same as it was before you started participating in “structured” physical activity or exercise program-designed routines.
