I’m not fat, but im starting to work out and ive learned that its a large part to lose extra body fat. I run a mile every morning or after school. i have a very fast matabalism so its hard for me to give up crappy food. plz help me. thnx

How long will it take before my body fat percentage lowers with regular excersize/healthy eating?
I have an average body fat percentage right now, it’s 28.7 or something. I go to the gym 5 times a week and do weights, and I jog/speedwalk there and back, about 3.5 miles or so both way together.
