I need to lose about 20 lbs of body fat. How many calories should I eat?

Im 15, 5’10″ and I weigh 183 lbs. I know my body needs extra calories to sustain this rapid growth period im going through. So, dieting isn’t cool. But, I need to know about how many calories should I be consuming in order to sustain lean tissue and growth, yet still shed unwanted body fat.

I dont take protein supplements, no steroids, I dont lift weights. I do Parkour, everyday. I do anywhere from 150 – 300 push ups a night. I drink alot of milk. I run often. I do alot of backflips, handstands, and other acrobatic/gymnastic related activities. I make it a point to break 500 reps a night on various ab workouts. Im 17 years old, Im 5’6, and I weigh 120 pounds.
