Does going days without eating food help you lose weight and unwanted body fat?
I am planning to go all day without eating anything(just drinking water) and I need to know will that help me lose weight if I go like 5 or more days,will I start to digest unwanted body fat and lose some weight?

How much body fat would i gain from one weekend of consuming alcohol and fast food?
Obviously when i say “drinking alcohol” i mean during the night time. I went out Friday and Saturday nights and drank a lot of alcohol, and i also ate a whole pizza Sat night and a kebab Fri night, so how much body fat would i gain?? I currently have 4% body fat.
