What is the purpose of the body fat limit?
I mean if a servicemen have to be within the weight standards what is the reason behind the body fat % standards?
ahh, oh and sorry i didnt look and put this in the wrong section. So if a service member is, lets say 20 pounds over weight, then if his Body fat % is less than the limit, there isnt a problem?

Is losing body fat genetic or is their really a limit on how much you can lose?
I work out extremely intense in my cardio and strength training, and I stay away from fried foods and junk foods, sodas, juices, I drink lots of water, I’ve been doing all of these qualites for 8 months now. I STILL have a “tummy pooch”, “baby gut” or whatever you want to call it. Anyway, is their REALLY a limit on how much body fat your body will let you lose? Is this hereditary on how much your body fat will go down? No matter how much cardio for how long and how intense, my pooch will not go down. Frustrating.
