Tyring to find a healthier way to loose body fat?
I have lost 50 pounds since February 07. I started with changing my diet…Healthy…very healthy…then I incorporated exercise. Monday–Swim laps for 1 hour, then bicycle for 20 minutes…Tuesday & Thursday weight training….Wednesday run sprints and stadium stairs….Friday long distance running. I am measured at 39% body fat. I am trying to get to 34% body fat. I know what I am doing is the healthy way to get down. I would like to loose that 5% of body fat so I can re enter the military. What would be the fastest way to loose this 5% body fat? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

How do i loose stubborn body fat?
I am 17, I weigh like 255. Anyways i look normal on the top but i have a gigantic butt and thighs! How do i get rid of this! Like i have to get huge pants just to get around my butt. By the time the top of the pants reaches my waist there is a huge space, but i cant go down in size either. My body is like a wine bottle! How can i fix this! How long does it take to loose a percentage of body fat?
I’ve been eating right, exercising twice a day, and walk everywhere on my campus for work and to the gym. I’m at 27.5 percent body fat, and I would like to get down to 25 percent for now. I eat 5 or 6 times a day, all healthy food. Once in a while I’ll eat like a cookie or some pop corn.

How do I loose body fat percentage effectively?
At this time, I eat about 1200 calories a day, at 5’8 178 Lbs. I lift weights and exercise daily, and I am at 25% body fat. I have been eating this way for about 5 to 8 years or so. I am trying to bulk up and get to about 10 to 15% body fat. Why can’t I seem to drop body fat when I barley eat any fat, and I work out?

Iam 15 years old and i weigh 155. I have a sixpack but sometime I burly can see it. Iam trying to take off the extra fat, but it never works. I joined football, basketball, ran almost 2 miles a day, and working out in the weight room almost everyday. After all that, i still cant take off the 2 inches of fat. But i also want to keep my muscles without loosing them. Is thier anywhere can i take my fat off. If so, please tell me?
