How do i lose body fat without gaining too much muscle ?
Basically im fat lol and i want to lose body weight without gaining muscle.
Ive lost 20lbs so far in a month and thats just been cutting down on food and walking my dog all the time….i want to start going to the gym but because i naturally have a large frame if i gain too much muscle ill just still look fat so wot is the best type of exercise to do where i will lose body fat without gainin too much muscle!

How much cardio should you do per week to lose body fat?
How many sessions per week & how long should each cardio session be? Also if you eat moderately sensible is cardio enough to lose body fat? Or would you have to go extreme on dieting?

Can you lose body fat if you were born naturally fat?
I’m slim but I always had a fat/bloated belly, like its very fat. As well as my face/cheeks/chin. Sucks I know but everything eles is skinny like my arms, etc. I really wanna get rid of these excess body fat but it seems impossible. :[

How much body fat did you lose after doing the p90x?
For those of you that actually got tested for body fat % when doing it how much did you lose after you did it. I got tested yesterday and I am at 12% and I am expecting great results from P90x.
