Im trying to lower my body fat so that my ab muscles will be more toned, and so that i could eventually get 6-pack abs as soon as possible, i have been burning around 800 calories a day for a few days so far. anyway, i would like to know how many calories i should be burning a day in order to lower my body fat percentage fastest.

I checked my body fat and its 13.4% which is pretty good. But my Goal is to have 5% but im being realistic by started by getting to 10% body fat. What will aid my goal for a lower body fat?

Ok, so iv been lifting for 5 years, im in good shape and my diet is also really good (grilled chicken, oat meal, brown rice, eggs, wheat bread, water) and I have a good amount of muscle, and im not fat or anything but I want to lower my body fat so I look a little more defined, Im afraid to run more than 3 days a week because I don’t want to lose my size. Anyone have any tips (besides lifting lighter weight) to get more cut up? Thanks.

I’m 22% body fat which is a bit below what I’m expected. I am meant to be between 25% – 30% so I’m not that far off. I eat well and such just want to be a bit healthier.

Also I have a Blood pressure test (at school so not very accurate) that said the bottom number was very high how do I lower that.
I was laughing while the test was done cause of my friends though.

I’ve been in a weight loss program for over a year. I’ve been eating well and exercising at least 4 times a week however my body fat doesn’t seem to go down. I know lean muscle helps reduce fat but how can i enhance the current plan that i currently have. I’m wondering if any one knows about any good vitamins, shakes or diet pills that are good for you. I checked online and it said my body fat percentage was 20%. Im 5’4, weigh 115 pounds, my waist is 26, and my hips are 36 inches.
I was wondering how much my body fat percentage should be inorder to be able to see my abs. I heard u have to get it down to like 10-15% .. how do you get it down that low?

I just bought a scale that measures your weight,BMI and body fat percentage. I work out about 4-5 times a week. I can fit into clothes that i couldn’t before. So how is it my body fat percentage is higher on this scale. I bought this scale to measure that because i didn’t want to spend $60 to have it done at the gym.HELP!!!!
