What is the most accurate way for the average person to calculate there body fat percentage? Now i don’t have access to water displacement but the online calculators don’t seem the best way…or are they? I’m interested because i’m going into law enforcement and am curious just to see how i measure up because they do have body fat requirements. i think i’m like maybe 13% from what i calculated on some online calculator

I have been working out and lifting weights pretty consistently for the last month, but have only lost 0.4% body fat and the scale did not move because I added muscle from lifting weights. Isn’t that a really small amount? How much change in body fat is expected after a month of intense working out?

Not only were the Northern Bengal tigers 100 plus pounds on average then the Largest of the lions (South African lions), they had noticle less body fat then the South African Lions, and Kenyan lions. In the study done not only did both kenyan and South Africa lions have 8 to 15 % more body fat, The Northern Bengal Tigers were taller by several inches then Kenyan lions infact much taller at the shoulders then Kenya lions on average. Though the Northern Bengal tigers were the same at the shoulders as South African Lions. The two tallest specimens from the study were Northern Bengal tigers. I have a scale that measures weight and body fat. I’ve noticed an almost 4 point swing between taking a reading in the morning and in the afternoon. So which is more accurate? I realize I should take a reading at the same time each day for consistency, but is morning better or afternoon?

I’m not sure what body type I am, between endo-, meso-, and ecto-morphs. I am 5’10″ & 185 with a slim to medium build, but I could stand to lose about 15 pounds of body fat to be toned. How can I tell which body type I am, and once I do, what are the most efficient ways for specific body types to lose body fat? In my experience, it has always been easier for me to lose fat through free weights, push-ups, etc, rather than cardio. I could do 15 min of free weights and lose the same amount as I would if I walked 4 miles. Maybe that means I’m at least in part a mesomorph…?
