how do i cut body fat while still gaining muscle?
I am 175 and have 14% body fat. I would like to drop to at least 10% body fat so that i can see abs. People say that you cannot cut body fat and gain muscle at the same time because the two goals require different caloric intakes (gaining requires excess and cutting requires deficit). There is a certain point of muscle building where i would like to stop, so should I reach my muscle building goal first and then focus on losing body fat? Or is there a way to do both simultaneously?

Is it safe to use my current body fat to build muscle?
Basically I want to convert my body fat to muscle but I’m hearing how I have to intake a surplus of calories if I want to build muscle (wouldn’t that just add more weight?); I’m 19 years old, 5’9, and 162 lbs with ~14% body fat. How would I go about this?

How do i lose body fat without gaining too much muscle ?
Basically im fat lol and i want to lose body weight without gaining muscle.
Ive lost 20lbs so far in a month and thats just been cutting down on food and walking my dog all the time….i want to start going to the gym but because i naturally have a large frame if i gain too much muscle ill just still look fat so wot is the best type of exercise to do where i will lose body fat without gainin too much muscle!

Tips on how to lose body fat and gain muscle?
I am 18 years old and i am 6ft and weigh 190lbs. I am trying to lose body fat. I exercise a lot but dont seem to be losing weight. I think it is the way i eat, even though i dont each a lot of sugar or fast food, i have a problem with over eating. Does anyone have any tips on how i can change this?

How much body fat % to gain maximum muscle?
I wanted to know what sort of bodyfat % a bodybuilder would be on when hes on his bulking phase. I have read and heard that they put on abit of fat to ensure they gain maximum muscle. Was wondering if any one knew what sort of percentage they stay at. I have personally never been above 10% bodyfat so was wondering if it was worth me gaining some extra fat by consuming more calories for a bigger bulk.
