How can i lose body fat and get ripped?
I’m 17, 204 lbs , 6 foot 3. I have visable body fat but am string already. How I can I get a flat stomach and get ripped for the festive season, and yes I know I will eat more at Christmas. I’m at highschool and am out te house by 8am and arrive at 5.30pm. I have dumbells and weights.
What sort of timetabe should i be loooking at; foods i eat, exercise every day?
