How much should i run to lose body fat?
hi, im a 17 year old male and im trying to lose some body fat i have. I am already in great shape since i play soccer, but still…. I currently am running twice a week for 4 miles in 30 minutes, and play soccer twice a week. What else can i do to lose body fat?? like run more, different exercises?
ps- i already eat fairly healthy for a teenager.

I need to lose about 20 lbs of body fat. How many calories should I eat?

How many miles a day should I run if I want to lose 8% body fat?
Right now, I have 16% body fat with a flat stomach. I want to get a 6 pack and people have told me that an easy way to get a 6 pack is to have low body fat. At what time during the day should I measure body fat?
I have an electronic scale at home that also measures body fat. I notice a big difference in the percentage depending on what time of the day I use the scale. The morning is a higher number, but the evening is much lower.

How long should it take to drop 5% body fat?
I’m 15 and around 15% body fat. I want to get that down to 10% as soon as possible. I don’t want to buy special programs or pills. I also am not trying to lose weight, only burn fat and replace with muscle so dieting obviously wouldn’t help. I lift weights 4-5 times a week and am only able to run on occasion but I’m trying to do more. How long should it take to lose 5% fat and what are some other helpful way or tips? Thanks!

the result is different between regular scale and body fat scale, which one should I refer to?
I have an old regular scale which can only tell the weight and a new Taylor body fat scale. When I use them, the result is different. The body fat scale is 5 ponds less than the regular one. Why is there a different? Does that mean one of them doesn’t function well? Or it is just normal?
