If I start running now will I eventually lose body fat by next spring?
I have about a 15-20% body fat, 5’11, 185 pounds, 14 years old, want to start running almost daily, about a mile to two to begin with, will this help reduce my body fat by the spring?

Will i lose my body fat before i start losing muscle?
As long as my body has fat, will it burn the fat off before it will start burning off muscle? For example if I was to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach? I’m trying to lose as much fat as possible but not lose muscle. Your response would be greatly appreciated.

Okay so i worked out all summer to get more cut. I have lost weight. Right now I weigh 137. I’m 5’6. My arms are pretty cut, my chest and shoulders are muscular. My stomach is really flat but no abs yet. At what body fat percentage does your abs start appearing?
I’m can’t tell you what my body fat percentage is yet but I’m gonna go buy a body fat scale so that I’ll be able to keep track.

how low should my body fat % be before i start a building muscle stage?
I’m 23 male 5’8 I was on a losing weight program for 8 months and went from 198 to 151 from 25% body fat to 6% body fat. I am wondering when i should start building muscle without gaining too much fat and at what body fat % should i stop. please no links and only people who know what there talking about.

How quick should you start losing body fat during a diet/excercise regimen?
I have been working out for the last 5 weeks at my gym on a regimen of 2 days weight and 3 days cardio. I have lost no weight, but instead gained 4 pounds. However, my body fat has dropped from 31.6 down to 28.5 during this time. Is this healty to lose that fast and should I expect to see more loss if I keep it up?

At what body fat percentage do love handles go away, and men start to develop the V shape?
I am curious about this. I know you can do certain workouts to develop the more V shaped upper body, but at what body fat % do your love handles taper off, and go straight down? Thanks.
lol @ everyone giving me workout advice. I don’t need your advice, everyone and their mother as a “special way” to lose weight. I got what works for me. Just trying to figure out the time frame I’ll be with less prominent love handles.
