How much does it typically cost to obtain a body fat measurement by submerging yourself in a water tank?

Would I lose more body fat if I drank water during my workout or if i drank a ton of water at one time?

My workout is about an hour and a half of mostly vigorous cardiac activity.

would i lose body fat quicker if i had large quantities of water at certain times, or drank all throughout the workout?

Can drinking water really have an effect on body fat percent?

I weigh only 125lbs but I have a high body fat percentage.
I’m thinking this could be from sugar and soda and maybe bloating
if I started replacing soda with water and eating healthier could I lower the body fat?
I’m not trying to do cardio to burn it because I’m trying to gain muscle. Or would a little cardio help both ends?
