How much cardio should you do per week to lose body fat?

How many sessions per week & how long should each cardio session be? Also if you eat moderately sensible is cardio enough to lose body fat? Or would you have to go extreme on dieting?
To help you answer, Im: 26ys old, F, 5′ , 119lbs and 23% bf – not too concerned with weight but would like body fat to be closer to 20%

Pure surge training, also known as burst training, is a great metabolic conditioning exercise which consists of short surges of exercise followed by a period of rest. This type of exercise creates a hormonal response in the body that in turn: 1. Increases HGH (Human Growth Hormone) and testosterone creating lean muscle mass. 2. Limits hormones such as cortisol which decreases body fat. Dr. Fred Roberto demonstrates split squats, which is one of the many exercises that you can do during your surge training session.

You must eat every 3 hours. And depending on you present condition, your metabolism, and your goal; you must learn how to cycle in the right amount of starchy carbs in addition to you “protein and veggie type carb”. Mindset – You must get some leverage on yourself by having a goal, a deadline, or an event to get ready for. Everyone of our clients has a specific date that we are going to retake their body composition and their pictures. So you need to find something to shoot for. Exercise – Kettle Bell Bur-pee – Split Squat The exercise in the video is an amazing, unique exercise. I failed to mention in the video that you must switch legs and do a set for each leg. Do two or three sets of this exercise twice a week and watch you body fat start to melt off. It is a good idea to do this exercise at the end of your weight training routine. Make sure to do some recovery walking on the treadmill when you are done to aid in muscle recovery. If you do a cool down walk on the treadmill at the end of an intense work out your body will: 1.) Feel better 2.) Your muscles wont get as sore for the next couple of days 3.) Your muscles wont stay as sore as long 4.) I used to be very fit having served in the Royal Marine Commandos and competed at various sports. As with most people, life took over and with the stresses of work and the time commitments of looking after a young family I found myself with very little time to exercise and keep fit. In the summer of 2007 I found myself in the worst physical shape of my life and I decided there and then to do something about it. Following research on the latest training methods I began to experiment and developed my own piece of equipment which I used to work out at home in the Back yard. Over months I altered and improved this piece of equipment until I ended up with what is now the SLINGGYM. There was a lot of interest in it from trainers, athletes, physios and military personnel. Because of this I decided to make it Commercially available. However, I faced one major problem – CREDIBILITY. How could someone in my condition (overweight and flabby) promote an amazing piece of fitness equipment and be taken seriously within the fitness and sports industry. I decided that I had to prove to people that you could achieve amazing results in Muscular Development, Core Stability and Fat Loss just from using the SLINGGYM.
