I am auditioning for a professional cheerleading team and need to lose these final pounds of fat. I am 5’4″,128 pounds. Most of the girls are different heights but have very low body fat. You can see my abs some but I heard if you lower your body fat you can see them even more. What are some ways to trim down to a sexy physic in less than a month?

Is it possible to decrease my body fat percentage by 3% in 6 weeks?
I am 170 pounds, female, with a 22% body fat. I am going back in 6 weeks to get “re-pinched” and she said it’s possible to lose 2 or 3 percent in 5 weeks. I already weight lift 3 days a week and do cardio 5 days a week. Anything else I can do to make a difference in 5 weeks?
