How much body fat is a 15 year old supposed to have?
Last time I checked I had 2.47%. I don’t think I have as much body fat as I’m supposed to.

Im 5’8. I also swim everyday (im on the swim team).
I read somewhere that girls need more body fat than guys or that our bodies have more, but i wanted to know if i have a healthy percentage.

16 year old – Muscle
Hey all, This is a video after 4 months of working out daily. I have never had protein supplements, never special dieted and never been to a gym and don’t have weights at home. This just shows how far commitment and hard work gets you. I have low body fat because I run…. lots. This is what causes muscles to be so defined.
