    i do the 10 min trainer and I average 2 lbs a week in fat loss. but I’ve gained alot of lean muscle

    That seems kinda handy actually. Did you get the belt separate or did it come with the resistance band? I have these nice heavy duty resistance bands, but you get a limited range of motion when you have to stand on top of them.

    not being a smart ass, but i have a resistance band that has a belt that you put in the middle of the band which you place between your door and the wood or whatever you have around it. so, once you shut that door, you have resistance bands that you can do exercises like these with if you really are interested.

    Resistance band exercises that you can perform ANYWHERE? I don’t have steel beams mounted around my appartment, in fact i don’t have steel beams at work.
