16 year old – Muscle
Hey all, This is a video after 4 months of working out daily. I have never had protein supplements, never special dieted and never been to a gym and don’t have weights at home. This just shows how far commitment and hard work gets you. I have low body fat because I run…. lots. This is what causes muscles to be so defined.

@MrVincNet I’m not but I thought it’d be best to leave it out as youtube is full of trolls and general douche bags
nice posing but why r u shy about your face?
@chrisstephens101 Lots of body weight exercises and consistency.
Looking good. I’m 6ft 3 and pretty slim. I’ve got really defined muscles but there all REALLY small so hopefully there’ll be getting bigger soon. I’m kind of aiming for your size or a bit smaller. Any advice?
@lereporterdu75 Sorry, I like my asshole.
You look great! Are you interested in a homosexual relationship?
nice belly button
@jadsuckme Ok great. I got a protein shake, and I eat quite abit of meat everyday.
Thanks for helping!
@FearAudio Yeah its ok to do, it’d build good muscle endurance but because your body needs both carbs and protein to grow – Running will use some of this up, if you have a good post workout meal with lots of protein and carbs then you should be good.
@jadsuckme How about running after I finish pulling up on the bar, and doing some weights?
@FearAudio Will do, I’ll be uploading a video once a month to record my progress
@FearAudio I wouldn’t recommend a cardio session before working out – You will want all your energy to push your muscles as hard as they can – If you wanna do cardio I would recommend it in the early morning and workout in afternoons or nights.
One more question, should I run outside for a mile or so, and then come home and start with the pull up bar, and then go to the weights?
Sorry about this, I forgot to ask you
@jadsuckme Awsome man:D Keep us updated!
@FearAudio Cheers man, having visible abs before you begin working on them is a great sign. Your body fat will be fairly low
I love working on my arms though ay, one of the muscles that is visible most of the time and its the most useful to have so I work on them alot a fair bit more then my other ones.
@jadsuckme Ok man thanks alot. And btw, I already have a visable 4pac, but it’s not that great. Needs work, hope I can do it
. Your biceps look beast btw.
@FearAudio Haha no problem man, I enjoy answering questions about health and fitness. If you have any later on leave me a message
@jadsuckme Ok man thanks for helping me man. Sorry if I asked too many things, I’m a newbie
. Sub’d ages ago btw, peace.
@FearAudio Na I don’t know, sorry man. You can go to a nutritionist or doctor and they can measure it though. Try to google it maybe?
@jadsuckme Ok awsome man! Do you know how I can check my body fat?
I don’t think I got alot, but how can I check?
@FearAudio Umm, tips ay. Listen to music and think of what it’d be like when your work does pay off. After awhile it becomes apart or your routine, it is for me.
@jadsuckme We’ll, im gonna try my best to do so.
Got any tips?
And thanks for all the help man! Your awsome.
@FearAudio Heres the thing about why I’m so defined and big – Genetics and low body fat. I’m naturally extremely low in body fat – This is aided even more by cross country (Doing long distance racing if you don’t know what it is). I’m getting an 8 pack coming through quite well now and that requires around 5% bf. But to get these results I worked out for 40-60 minutes a night for 4 months straight. Its not a easy road my friend. Be one of the people that has the mental strength to do it
@jadsuckme Thanks man! I started this morning, with oatmeal for breakfast. In 2hours, I’ll make chicken breast, and then I’ll have eggs
.
Thanks alot for the help man
How long did it take you, to look like you do in that video?
@FearAudio Raw, Put em in a cup – add milk and stir till the egg is all broken up then skull
