    114 is fine for 5’4”! A boy would be very skinny at that weight and a girl would be just fine! Saying otherwise is ridiculous!

    Get a Fucking pair of dumbells Thermobands are more of a rehab tool, and you don’t lose weight from resistance training you gain it. If you want to lose weight get active and eat right, there are no shortcuts.
