I am not disputing the fact that strength training burns more fat. But, some people don’t want to build more muscle, they just want fat loss.

  5. loufromlou says:

strength training is said to actually burn more fat than just cardio
    muscle burns fat 24/7
    it raises your metabolic rate

  6. sombs says:

This is for fat burning, not muscle building.

  7. Tonyvoyager says:

Great tips, but what about mentioning strength training which burns more fat than cardio?
