I will agree with you, that everyone should do some muscle training.
But cardio wont strip your muscle from your body to start with. First you will burn all the carbohydrate in your body. When you don’t have any more carbohydrate in your body, you will burn your fat. When you almost have no fat or carbohydrate in your body, you will burn your muscle mass..
Please correct me if I’m wrong, but with a good argument.

There aren’t really a super easy or extreme 1 week program you can use to burn fat away fast…
You first wanna take a look at your diet. Is it healthy? Do you eat too many Calories a day?..
Then you wanna do excerises that makes your heart beat really fast. ( around 185 beats in a min or so I think it was)
Some excerises there makes you sweat.. Make them like 1 time a day 15 – 30 minutes… I hope it helped.. Good luck..

It depends on how you would like to look in the end. If you wanna be “big and pumped” I would suggest to start building muscle, and get a good diet and just drop the cardio. You will be burning the fat you need to burn away after some time…
But if you just wanna lose weight, just for not being fat, and dont really wanna build muscle, but still stay in some good form, begin training cardio and get a heathly diet..

but if i have love handles how is a fast way to burn off the fat?
@TwIsTeDMONTAGES abs are made in the kitchen….the abs are there just under fat, you wont see them till u get the fat off…SPRINTING as interval training would be the best idea along with these exercises and eating right. but when the fat is down, these exercises really are good ive been doing it for 3 weeks once a week and i see the difference, i try to eork out 7 days a week 10-20 min a day

You can’t spot reduce fat. You have to reduce the overall body fat. And the way you do that, is through some good cardio like running, biking, jumping, swimming ect. And then you need a healthy diet too.

variety is key to flattening abs. if your not in the shape you want to be, keep at what your doing. in due time you’ll notice that you’ll gradually do more sit ups or any other exercises. cardio is also good. don’t give in to what people say, ” you have to run miles”. not everyone can. job for ten minutes and if you can’t. who’s to say you can’t walk. good job Kitb2k9, alot of people don’t ask what else can they do to replace an exercise. good luck everyone on your fitness goals.

@6tlong Yeah man true that, i use my couch to but also you should do cardio, now i hate running but theres a vid that this guy does about like in place cardio, see the key to abs isnt just sit-ups it’s both fat burning workout and ab training cause the only reason that people cant see there abs is becuase theres a thin line of fat covering the the indents of your abs,( trust me they got me doing this crap in the army).
