i’ve stopped weighing myself – i started running/powerwalking about 3 months ago, and i was REALLy obsessed with getting the numbers on the scale to go down.. But then people started telling me that i had become more fit , wich i didn’t understand since my weight has gone UP. but than i realized that i gained muscles and that i acutally had become more fit.. And since i was normal weight from the beginning, i didnt have that much fat to loose. So people, DON’T GET OBSESSED WITH THE NUMBERS!
does this include “loose skin” after people lose fat? or is that still body fat? im really scared that will happen to me!

Every time you eat you take in calories or sugar molecules for that matter. Those can either be transformed to energy right away or if you don’t need as much energy it gets stored in your fat cells for bad times. That’s also the reason why you need to take in a minimum amount of food per day because otherwise your body remembers and will store more fat the next time you eat more. Does that make sense?
@msvioletsun24 puh, that’s a tough question. Generally I think you cannot say: I’m working on burning fat now. It’s basically that you just burn calories. And in the end of the day when you have burnt more calories than you took in your body has to get the rest of these needed calories from it’s storage facility i.e. your fat.
Is it healthy to exercise before bed? I find that it helps me to sleep when I do.
@Stef6788 oh i see! so… when you burn more calories through exercise does that mean you are burning fat? how do you know when you start losing fat through running/swimming?
O.M.G!! this is what i think is going on with me! i’ve been working on the gym these 4 weeks but when i step on the scale it went up while i feel that my clothes are loosen. i kept asking what truly happened, is it wrong the diet i’ve been doing or what. your video answers my question. thank you!

@msvioletsun24 Hey, it’s basically about how many calories you take in and how many you burn. As fat has more calories in a g than carbohydrates and protein does it helps to cut down on eating fat but you also need fat (especially essential fats from nuts or plant based oils) to stay healthy. Doing aerobic or sport helps you to up the amount of calories you burn in a day. Hope I could help you! Stef

what’s a good way to know I am eating enough so as to lose fat… is it aerobic exercise that help lose fat or does it help not to eat fat to lose fat?

you can’t lose fat cells, you can only deplete the stores in the fat cells.
