    Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

    What worked for me is a whole grain breakfast with skim milk. FFVW (Fruit, Fish, Vegetables and Water) is my own method. Pouring a third of a can of Campbells low fat soup over the vegetables and fish made it tasty and still low fat. I lost 11kg’s in 4 weeks by this method. I also allowed myself a McDonalds or fast food treat once a week. Oh and went to the gym 3/4 times a week. I hope my experiences helps y
