@schnorchzahn If you can dial in the nutrition component, you’ll definitely see a change. Or look into Shakeology. Have you heard about that? I take it once daily and LOVE it. My kids do too..and i have 2 picky ones!

no, i’m not really following the nutrition plan, that’s probably my problem. but i’m trying to eat healthy (not always easy with 3 picky kids lol).
I’m doing the chair pull ups version, but it doesn’t feel right somehow, i don’t know how to describe it. hubby says, i need to do reverse pull ups, so i’m trying to do those.
@schnorchzahn Are you following the nutrition plan pretty closely? You’ll see that weight come off…I know it. Stick with it. As for the pull ups, do you have a stool or chair you can use to assist you up? Those were the hardest for me to gain strength with.

Yes I have! I’m in my 3rd week of the lean version. Haven’t lost any weight yet ( I need to loose 20 pounds), but I’ve gotten way more flexible! I have troubles with the pull ups though, any ideas how to practice those?
