ShayLoss Weight Contest

This is my video entry for ShayCarl’s weight loss contest. I am 5’6 and sitting at 140.6 pounds. My goal is to feel more fit and adapt a more healthy lifestyle. It’s not always in the number, it’s *how you feel* but for the sake of the competition, I would like to lose about 17% of my body fat. I calculated it on here: www.fitwatch.com I put in 140.6 (“current weight”) and my goal weight (“start weight”) is 120 which is 17% loss of body fat. Best of Luck to you All!     hi! Thanks! I try to eat healthy but it’s hard at times because I have BED. I exercise a lot (to compensate). I do a lot of cardio. I’ll run for about 30 – 45 minutes, 3 – 5 times a week. I’ll also do 20 – 30 minutes of spinning. I’m also doing weights – I want to tone my arms. I’m lifting 5 pounds for about 30 minutes. I do a few sets. I HIGHLY recommend cardio. For Everyone. :)
