    @dkfjndfklhklfkldfgal Wow..I already said a normal guy? can put on 10lbs the first year. with perfect training nutrition etc…A guy with good genetics can put on like 12lbs the first year then it will progressively decline every year, Over 4 years a person with perfect genetics will put on like 20-25lbs over that time span..You say haterade…I say facts…

You simply dont understand what a natural body is capable of. I already explained even with the best training equipment and nutrition plan, these achievements are impossible to be achieved because your body simply doesnt produce enough hormones to create that much? protein synthesis,

    @GusMartin2 Once again not over a year its over 4, 4!!! fucking years is a LONG GOD DAMN time. These are D-1 athletes. They get the best supplements,trainers,programs,equipment,food everything for FREE and get it whenever they want. He may? have been on roids but the only 2 people that know are Orakpo and God and good luck getting an answer out of ether. And if any D-1 athlete went from 240 to 325 in a year from to much mcdonalds he’d get his scholarship pulled in 2 seconds.

So to say he went from 240 to 325 just means he ate to much mcdonalds.And if your going to say that its all muscle well then congrats? to him hes offically has 40lbs more muscle then ronnie coleman..So thats simply not true. Protein isnt a supplement its a micronutrient that every eats..Protein shakes arent any better then a chicken breast. N.O doesnt do shit and creatine just increases ATP. Hes on roids..

If you have perfect training diet and sleep youll gain 10lbs the first year..with crazy genetics maybe 12 or 13 but then next years youll only be able to gain 6 or 7 then the year after maybe 4 or 5 it progressively gain less and less? because your body gets used to training. Tm going to school to learn about this exact type of thing…Trust me he used steroids..

    @GusMartin2 Well we also dont know all the factors I.e sleep,diet, and college athletes are pushed extremly hard in a lot of different ways especially at Texas. Your training? 4 or more days a week lifting and running and he may have also gotten taller through the years too. there alot of guys who dont ever really lift much in high school but when they get to college take off with it.

    @dkfjndfklhklfkldfgal Still impossible…Im majoring in kinesiology, hormone production and minipulation and trust me when? I say this he gained 40lbs of muscle in 3 years with staying under 8% BF…He probably used anything from Deca dianobol to testosterone…He probably used alot of it too.

    These guys have the top of the line equipment, trainers, nutrition, and dedicate their life to athletics. What do you expect?
