i have the reverse problem i have hardly any body fat i’m lean about 5ft 10 and only about 150lbs, what is the best way to bulk up and increase my size? do i need to put on fat then turn it in2 muscle? what would u suggest? i have trouble because my metabolism is so fast that i burn off calories as quick as i can put them on. i’d appreciate sum info that might help thanx.
You metabolic rate is faster if you eat more often instead of big meals on an infrequent basis. I would suggest the following… breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, supper, snack
