    Do cardio every day! Run, jog, cycle, jumping jacks, etc. Just get your heart rate up for like 10 mins a day and break a sweat and you’re good to go!

    Jimmy uses free weights too. At least he’s working out. Geez. He’s not teaching people to be Arnold. He’s helping us by motivating us to be better. I don’t think Jimmy looks fat, or has done something wrong. He looks like he’s happy, healthy and he motivates others. Unlike you. You are tearing down others. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it. It’s common courtesy. Not trying to be a bad guy, but I really appreciate what Jimmy is doing for us. Support the positive man! Drive on!

    Jimmy, some of these guys are on to you about not being bigger. Nothing is ever good enough is it? LOL Stop judging and understand that Jimmy is doing something good! Jimmy helps me to understand my diet, my exercise and he keeps me motivated. THANKS JIMMY! For those of you who are motivated and not here to knock the man, you are good people. It’s easy to knock someone, but it takes character to observe, take what you can from Jimmy, and if you disagree keep your neg. comments to yourself.

    machines are for cheats! stick with the arnold principles ie free wieghts as you cant cheat on these and componsate for a weaker body part. free wieghts strengthen the core muscles fully unlike modern machines! this guy looks to have a lot of body fat to me so he”s obviously doing something wrong lol.

    Its actually better to do fat burning rather than cardio. It’s also better to do it after your workout. You burn more calories after you lift weights.

    i say just do it …anytime! unless you’re competing in a fitness or bodybuilding show or something, i really dont think these small details matter all too much. i prefer the early morning though, on an empty stomach!

    The first bit is referring to lemmi, these “First” comments really piss me off. Very helpful video though, Ive always wondered whens the best time to do cardio.
